CityNumbers Limited, a company previously engaged in business operations, has undergone an internal restructuring process. This restructuring has led to the transfer of its business operations to ESW Technologies FZ LLC, a Dubai-based entity within the ESW Group. Following this transition, a significant update occurred with ESW Technologies FZ-LLC undergoing a name change to Kaxxa Technologies FZ-LLC on December 6, 2023. For Current Customers and Partners of CityNumbers Limited:

1. There are no changes to the business operations.
   1. Services or numbers can still be provisioned from the CityNumbers portal.
   2. The Support Team can still be engaged via the Support Portal.
2. All contractual agreements are governed by the existing Terms & Conditions.
3. Existing Customers & Partners will need to update their billing systems to include Kaxxa Technologies FZ-LLC as their vendor. The name change certificate is attached.
4. There are no changes to the way payments are made. Payment instructions are shared on the invoice.
