CityNumbers no longer provides the provision service for German Inbound Numbers. 

After recent changes to the requirements by the German Regulators, the process of provisioning new services have become extremely lengthy (several months) and quite convoluted. 

One of the new elements for requirement of provision of services is the End User having to log onto a Portal provided by the German Regulator and registering their company details for validation directly with them, they charge a One off Fee of 45 Euros.  Then, EU has to wait for their documents to be verified and communication sent to them directly confirming verification (which we understand is a letter not an email) - all of this process is outside of our control and remit, so any queries relating to this we would not be able to answer.

Because of this, we have unfortunately elected to not provide German Toll Free services anymore. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
