How to Set Up Direct Debit for Invoice Payments

Overview

This guide walks you through how to do it quickly and securely using the payment link in your invoice. We’ll also explain an alternative option if you'd prefer to pay manually.

Step-by-Step: Set Up Direct Debit

1. Open the Payment Link
   Click the payment link found in your most recent invoice email.

2. Choose the Invoice(s)
   Select the invoice or invoices you want to pay, then click “Make Payment.”

3. Enter Your Card Details
   Fill in your debit or credit card information.

4. Authorize Future Payments
   Before clicking “Process Payment,” check the box that says:
   “I authorize Trilogy to save my payment method.”
   This enables future invoice payments to be made automatically via direct debit.

Note: Direct debit can only be set up using a card. Payments made via bank transfer or other methods won’t activate direct debit.
